Its products use 100% precision forged parts; the cage cavity, inner spherical surface, and channel are integrally precision forged, achieving precise dimensions while being more energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with strength and torsional resistance improved by more than 25% compared to traditional hot forged parts.
CFT Precision Machining
CFT products' excellent quality is cast by Japanese CNC lathes, heat treatment carburizing furnaces; Taiwanese grinding machines and gear hobbing machines for precision machining. Advanced processing technology achieves the cage channel and star wheel double arc structure, ensuring four-point contact of steel balls. The product's durability is improved by more than 20% compared to conventional single arc products, extending product service life.
Strict Quality Control and Final Assembly
High-quality products come from continuous pursuit of quality. CFT strictly implements ISO9001-2008 quality system and ISO/TS16949 control system, strictly controlling quality and process. Key processes include 100% magnetic particle inspection after cage heat treatment, 100% one-to-one matching of inner cage cavity dimensions and three ball pin dimensions. Strict final assembly quality control determines the product's final qualification, strictly controlling drive shaft total length, telescopic rate, fit clearance, and assembly NVH performance during assembly, applying OE factory's strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
