Changzhou Chaoyu Mechanical Manufacture Co.,Ltd is engaged in the production of forged C.V.Joint parts, precision cold forging mold for inner and outer joints. We are one of the leading mechanical manufacturers in Chiangzhou City.

We has accumulated a dozen years of forging and machining service experience due to we had ever mainly producing precision cold forging pieces for motorcycles in the past. With the increasing demand for automobile parts in Chinese market, we entered this field in 2000, and developed the cold forged C.V.Joint mold successfully. Driven by the enterprise spirit of "exploring and innovating, surpassing past achievements", we deepened the process of C.V.Joint developing and designing. Finally we set up a completed production line which start from forging to machining in 2001, and become the first company who produce C.V.Joint based on our own precision forged mold. We became ISO 9001-2000 certified in October, 2002.

We built up a new workshop of 50,000 square meters in 2004, and formed two different factories focused on forging and precision machining respectively. With the added strength in the formation of DSS in the United States we invested in 4 production lines for forging, three sets of four-axis simultaneous machines，4 full-automatic production lines for precision machining. Now we currently have the capacity to manufacture an annual production of over 2 millions forged molds and 1 million complete finished C.V axles.

We set up a research & development group for C.V.axle advanced technologies consisting of more than 20 engineers, over 30 professionals, which has resulted in the production of new outer joint type Generation 2 with grease slots, CFT’s products have been adopted by OEM factory, and exported to Japanese customers due to advanced technologies.Also the high performance C.V axle with high angle and intermediate movable bar with constant speed rotation have been opened North America auto parts aftermarket market and CFT-DSS brand creates a great impact and high visibility in North America.
